Last updated: August 26, 2026
Lester Health LLC (“Lester,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this store and website, including related information, content, products, features, tools, communications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information when you access or use the Services, purchase a product, enroll in a subscription or marketing program, submit content, or communicate with us.
Shopify provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service concerning the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls for that subject.

- Order and commercial information: products viewed or purchased, cart activity, subscriptions, transaction history, promotions, payment status, delivery, returns, refunds, and support history.
- Payment information: payment-card and related financial information processed by Shopify and payment providers. We generally receive transaction confirmations, tokens, and limited payment details rather than full card numbers.
- Account information: login credentials or account links, settings, preferences, and subscription-management activity.

- Consent and preference records: email and SMS enrollment, cookie choices, advertising opt-outs, subscription consent, policy versions accepted, and related records.
- Health and product-safety information: information you voluntarily provide in a product complaint, adverse-event report, survey, quiz, or support request, including information about symptoms, medications, health conditions, pregnancy, or product use. Do not send medical records or sensitive information we do not request.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and network information: IP address, browser, device type, device identifiers, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Usage information: pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, cart and checkout events, purchases, session timing, searches, and interactions with advertisements, emails, and messages.
- Cookies and similar technologies: information collected using cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar tools for site functionality, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, personalization, and advertising.
- Session interaction data: if enabled, heatmap or session-replay information such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and page interactions. We configure these tools to avoid sensitive fields where reasonably possible.

Relationship With Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve Shopify services, checkout, fraud prevention, personalization, and commerce features. Information submitted through our store is transmitted to Shopify and may be processed by Shopify and its providers in countries other than where you reside.
If Shopify Network Intelligence or other enhanced Shopify services are enabled, Shopify may process information about your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services. For certain processing, Shopify acts independently and is responsible for responding to applicable privacy requests.

Targeted Advertising; Sale or Sharing
Some advertising, analytics, and attribution activities may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. Depending on the tools enabled, identifiers, device information, browsing activity, and commercial information may be disclosed to advertising partners such as Meta or Google for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.
Where required, you may opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page or by emailing help@lesterhealth.com. We also process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device that sends the signal where required. If Shopify can associate the signal with a Shopify account, Shopify may apply the choice to that account. Other “Do Not Track” signals may not be recognized.
We do not knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising personal information of consumers under 18.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use technologies necessary to operate checkout, accounts, security, consent preferences, and core site features. With consent where required, we may also use analytics, personalization, advertising, attribution, and session-replay technologies.
You can manage nonessential categories through our cookie banner and Your Privacy Choices page. You can also adjust browser settings, although blocking technologies may affect functionality. Email pixels may measure opens and interactions; unsubscribing from marketing email limits future marketing messages.
Shopify’s cookie banner governs Shopify-specific cookies and Shopify Pixels. Third-party technologies installed through apps or custom code may require additional configuration. We require our providers and configurations to respect applicable consent and opt-out choices.
Marketing Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Transactional communications may continue where necessary for orders, subscriptions, safety, account administration, or a request you initiated.
Sensitive Information and Health Data
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you except as permitted by law. Health-related information voluntarily submitted with a product complaint or adverse-event report is used for safety, support, legal compliance, regulatory reporting, and claims administration.
We do not intend to use health complaints, adverse-event details, or sensitive quiz responses for targeted advertising. Do not submit information about another person unless authorized. Consumer-health-data laws may provide additional rights where applicable; requests may be sent to help@lesterhealth.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No security measure, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and login links and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
Retention
We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and consent records, meeting tax and product-safety obligations, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of information, legal obligations, risk, and operational need.
Order, tax, contract, fraud, consent, and adverse-event records may be retained longer than routine marketing data. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful backups and legal holds.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Access or obtain specific pieces of personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information;
- Obtain a portable copy;
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- Appeal a denied privacy request.
California residents may also request categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients and information about sale or sharing. Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of covered sales, although we do not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request or appeal by emailing help@lesterhealth.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” State the right you wish to exercise and your state of residence. We may verify your identity by matching account, contact, or order information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and direct confirmation from you.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our products and purchasing services are intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites, social networks, or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or accuracy. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.
International Processing and Transfers
The Services are offered for sales within the United States, but personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Shopify and our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws.
Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction, the relevant party may rely on recognized safeguards such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.
Complaints and Appeals
If you have a complaint about our privacy practices or wish to appeal our response to a privacy request, email help@lesterhealth.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Depending on your residence, you may also have the right to contact your state attorney general or another data-protection authority.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, providers, Services, or legal obligations. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Please review this policy periodically.
