A Lester subscription is $39 for the first order, then automatically renews at $49 plus applicable taxes every 28 days until canceled. Standard subscription shipping is included. The checkout display controls if you select a different clearly disclosed offer.

Agreement to Recurring Charges

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (“Subscription Policy”) supplements the Lester Health LLC Terms of Service.

By selecting a subscription and clicking the final order button after the recurring terms are displayed, you expressly and affirmatively authorize Lester Health LLC (“Lester,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed recurring amount and frequency until you cancel.

We will provide an order acknowledgment capable of being retained that includes the material renewal terms and cancellation instructions.

Renewal Frequency and Price

Your subscription automatically renews every 28 days. At each renewal, we charge the then-current subscription price, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed shipping charge.

The current subscription price is $39 for the first order, then $49 every 28 days plus applicable taxes. Standard subscription shipping is currently included. If checkout displays a different promotional price or offer that you affirmatively select, the checkout disclosure controls for that transaction.

Renewal-Date Adjustments and Payment Retries

A renewal or shipment date may shift slightly because of processing, weekends, holidays, fulfillment timing, a payment retry, a pause, or a skipped shipment. If a payment fails, we or our payment providers may retry the payment method and, where permitted, another payment method stored in your account.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal is processed using either of these methods:

Email cancellation requests are effective when received by Lester. A request received after a renewal has entered processing applies to the following renewal. We do not impose a one-week cancellation cutoff. If the online portal is unavailable, email us.

Keep your cancellation confirmation. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not reverse a charge or order that has already entered processing.

Pause or Skip

Eligible subscribers may pause or skip a shipment through the online account portal, subject to the options shown there. A pause or skip must be completed before the affected renewal is processed.

Pausing or skipping is not cancellation. Unless you cancel, the subscription will resume on the date displayed in your account.

Renewal Reminders

As an operational protection, we intend to send a renewal reminder approximately seven days before each 28-day renewal charge. The reminder will identify the expected processing date and provide cancellation instructions.

Failure or delay in delivery of a reminder does not extend the renewal date unless applicable law requires otherwise. You remain responsible for keeping account contact information current.

Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days’ clear advance notice before a subscription price increase takes effect. The notice will identify the new price, its effective date, and how to cancel.

If a jurisdiction or circumstance requires renewed affirmative consent, we will obtain that consent before applying the change. Taxes and government-imposed charges may change without 30 days’ notice where permitted by law.

Processed Renewals and Refunds

Once a renewal has entered processing, it is nonrefundable and cannot ordinarily be stopped, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Canceling stops future renewal charges and does not refund a processed renewal.

The 30-day first-order guarantee applies only to an eligible customer’s initial order and does not apply to renewal orders. Review the complete Return and Refund Policy.

If we cancel a renewal before shipment and do not provide the product, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Changes or Termination by Lester

We may discontinue a subscription program or cancel a subscription because of product unavailability, suspected fraud or abuse, unauthorized resale, payment failure, legal requirements, or operational reasons. If we materially change renewal terms, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.

Relationship to Other Terms

The Terms of Service—including its binding individual arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, warranty disclaimer, limitations of liability, and 30-day arbitration opt-out—applies to subscriptions and this Subscription Policy.

If this Subscription Policy conflicts with a more specific recurring-charge disclosure displayed and affirmatively accepted at checkout, the checkout disclosure controls for that transaction. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect.
